  TABC Private Club Membership
Due to TABC Licensing restrictions on the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at a private facility in Hays County, it is required that each individual purchasing an alcoholic beverage be a member of a “private club” by purchasing a membership.

According to Section 32.01 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code, the private club permit allows alcoholic beverages to be “stored, possessed and mixed on the club premises,” as well as “served for on-premises consumption” to members of the club and their guests.

As a private club in Texas, a fee is assessed of $3 per member as an annual fee.

The form below, a valid ID/License and $3 fee will be required from each person purchasing alcoholic beverages at Thunder Hill Raceway.

This form will be provided on-site at the event as well.
