The Allstate Texas Thunder 200 brings the hottest sport in America, second only to the NFL in television ratings, and a fan base that includes over 40% women, to Central Texas. A NASCAR sanctioned Grand National Division Race, combined with live music performances featuring various recording artists, will be held at Thunder Hill Raceway in Kyle, TX.

Located just south of Austin on Interstate 35, the location is perfect for reaching the ‘San Antonio-Austin Corridor’ -- the busiest inter-metro Interstate in Texas -- serving a booming region with an aggregate population of 3 million stretching 100 miles, and consists of the cities of San Antonio, Live Oak, Selma, Schertz, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown.

The AllstateTexas Thunder 200 kicks off on Friday night with a private sponsor and team welcome dinner, and gates at Thunder Hill open to the public Saturday morning at 11:00 AM. The full day of activities is highlighted by the race start under the lights at 7:55 PM.  Night racing adds a spectacular visual effect. There has never before been a NASCAR event of this caliber in Central Texas. Sell-out attendance is expected.
